Face toners prepare the skin for moisturiser. You use it after cleansing, although it can also help to rid of excess excess oil and stubborn dirt or makeup leftover on your face after you wash it.

To use: Wet a cotton pad with toner, then wipe it over your face, neck, and chest. You can also spritz toner on with a mist sprayer, although I find using the cotton pad works best.
