How do I earn Reward Points?
Easy! Simply make sure you have a registered account with us. Every time you complete an order, the reward points will automatically be added to your points balance.
You can also earn points by writing reviews of our products.
For every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases, you earn 1 point.
How can I check my Reward Points balance?
When you sign into your account, your current points balance will be under the ‘My Account’ screen. There will also be a listing of every qualifying points purchases you have made.
Do my Reward Points expire?
No they don’t.
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
At the checkout page you will be given the option to redeem your points for your current purchase. Click the ‘Apply Discount’ button to redeem your points. You can choose to redeem some or all of your points.
Every 100 points earns you a $1 credit.
Can I transfer my Reward Points to someone else?
No sorry, points are non transferable.
Can I earn Reward Points if I shop in store?
At this stage our physical shop point of sale system doesn’t integrate with our website system, which means when you purchase in store your points won’t be automatically added to your account. If you have an website account but are shopping in store, please let our staff know when you’re paying for your purchases so we can manually add the reward points to your account.
If you place your order online, but choose the ‘pickup in store’ shipping option, then your points will be automatically added to your account.
I’ve made a lot of orders with you in the past, will I get points for those?
We really appreciate your loyalty! We are back dating our loyalty reward points to 1 January 2017. That means that all your orders (provided you didn’t check out as a Guest) from 01/01/17 will have points automatically credited to your balance.
